How to register for warranty
1) Download the warranty card by clicking here (last update on 02/23/2020)
2) Fill out the warranty card and then either mail to HK Windows at
5101 Nelson Rd. Suite#100
Morrisville, NC 27560
or scan the warranty card and email to
warranty@hkwindows.net
Please make sure to have HK# (order#) provided. This will help us to assist you better with your product. If windows were purchased by contractors, then have them to provide you with HK#.
How to Claim for warranty
If purchased directly from HK Windows,
- Call HK Windows @ 919-544-5187 provide us your name, property address and HK# with details of issue you are having.

or Fill out contact form at HK windows website with above information.
Once warranty claim approved, we will have your replacement part ready on our shop for you to pick up.
If purchased from one of our distributors,
- Call your distributor and explain them about your issue. Then, they will file the warranty for you.
Once warranty claim is approved, we will send your replacement part to the HK Windows distributor near you for you to pick up.
